Class format
In each of our classes participants will have the opportunity to
meditate as well as learning about different forms of meditation and
new ways of thinking to create inner calm.

- Instruction in different meditation techniques
- Practice of guided visualisation meditation
- Discussion about obstacles to meditation
- Fifteen minutes silent meditation practice
