MEDITATION
PROGRAMS
Our meditation classes are designed to make meditation
accessible to everyone. We teach you a range of simple meditation
techniques that you can practise anywhere and easily integrate into
your busy life.
Meditation will help you:
- experience an overall sense of tranquility
- sleep better
- improve your self awareness
- cope with physical or emotional pain
- develop your creativity
- reduce feelings of anxiety

Group meditation Classes
Held in Brighton on a Monday at 7.30pm, our five week group classes
are limited to ten participants. Classes are suitable for beginners
or those with some meditation experience.

Group 'meditation in the city' MELBOURNE class
Held in the Melbourne CBD on a Tuesday morning, our five week
meditation group
classes are limited to fifteen participants. Classes are suitable for beginners
or those with some meditation experience.

Individual meditation Tuition
Held in Elsternwick or the CBD, our individual class is one hour
in duration. Come alone or with up to three friends and enjoy a relaxing hour
where you will learn a simple, easy to practice meditation.

Workplace Meditation
The
Workplace Meditation program provides the opportunity for busy
professionals working to learn and practise a simple but extremely
effective form of meditation, designed to eliminate stress and
improve concentration.

RECENT RESEARCH FINDINGS ABOUT MEDITATION
Recent studies have confirmed what many have long believed about
meditation - that it not only improves activity in the left
prefrontal cortex of the brain (the area associated with happiness,
joy and enthusiasm) and calms feelings of anger and fear, but that
